ABOUT ME
 A Fashion Designer based in The UK . I have worked in fashion all my life in the  fashion capitals  of London, Paris, Milan and New York and I have travelled the world sourcing products. 
MY CAREER
My interest in  a career in fashion at the age of 4 whilst playing our  fabric cupboard at home and watching my grandma and mother dressmaking. After studying at St. Martin's I worked for Kenzo in Paris,
 I was then head hunted by Moschino in Milan. It was in Milan  I launched my own label  footwear brand with Italian partners. The collection  was distributed to Japan as well as stores in The UK, The US and Ireland for a period of 5 years until the factory eventually closed.

EGYPTIAN COTTON
It was an eco- community in the heart of the Egyptian countryside  that ignited my interest in Egyptian cotton producers. They asked me to to work with them. I create garments which I hope are long lasting, pieces you will never throw away as they are made from one of the most beautiful fibres in the world that has  a protected DNA and unrivalled heritage. The Egyptians  love their cotton so much its infectious! I love it too. What better fibre to wear net to your skin in Summer.

THE WORLD SUSTAINABILITY ORGANIZATION
The World Sustainability Organization in Milan invited me to work with them.My role is to  create connections with  sustainable designers and brands worldwide and prepare  them for audit to comply with anti-- greenwashing regulations.

FASHION HERITAGE NETWORK CYPRUS
FHNC Fashion Heritage Network Cyprus is an n NGO that creates bonds between designers all over the divided island.  I mentor the designers and support their work and help them get exposure. 

CSM
My experince in industry had lead to many opportunities in education. I was Pathway Leader on BA Fashion CSM, Print  Pathway for a period of time. 

WHATS NEXT
Trying to create a more sustainable world with less waste  and longer lasting product. Aiming to  help protect the environment and our planet.
